A SUBJECT YOU ENJOY STUDYING

My favorite bouquet without a doubt during this semester has been Modern Dance. Every time this bouquet touches me during the week I feel great anxiety because it will begin as well as leaving me with incredible energy when the class ends, exhausted but very happy.

In classes we do short warm-ups where we quickly warm up. Then we carry out our phrases taught by professor Kari and that is how the whole class is, training the same phrase a thousand times until we dance them, until it flows and our bodies move organically.

In modern we have seen the qualities of movement, all the possibilities according to Laban that we have for movement and how we can discover in addition to giving a verb or slogan to this action. We work the levels and strength, our center and periphery.

I like it because personally I like to do freestyle and all these qualities that they taught us, serve me for my imagination and thus be able to explore ideas more thoroughly according to the movement, it gives me great opportunities and exploration of the movement.
