Noodles with mushrooms ¡Ñam!

 When i talk the food, is a topic very very serious, i love to eat, it's my passion and curse. My favorite food is the noodles with moshrooms like you readed in the tittle. I honestly do not know if they will have a specific name.

Starting because i generally like Pasta, this is easy to combine, fast and tasty. The mushrooms, they are galactic. So, thi is addition to eating them with the noodles scrambled in white sauce, i like to chop them into pieces anda eat them as a salad with lost of lemon.

So, read carefully, because i'am going to leave you my supermegawonderful secret recipe. The truth is a super easy dish to make: First boil the water, put the noodles, wait the estimated time. At the same time, chop the muchrooms and frie them with a little of oil and salt. 

When these are well fried, make the white sauce with the mushrooms and stir ultil they are have a much thicker consistency. Personally i like to throw in pieces of cheese to give a richer flavor and a cremier sauce.
